Position available at hotel Dungloe, County Donegal. Pay rate €18 per hour with possible accommodation provided Sous Chef duties and responsibilities include but not limited to: Help in the preparation and design of all food menus Produce high quality plates both design and taste wise Assists with menu planning, inventory, and management of supplies Maintain cleanliness and organisation of working area Comply with and enforce sanitation regulations and safety standards Requirements include: Excellent verbal, as well as listening skills Attention to detail and ability to deliver high-quality work Knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations Interpersonal skills and ability to work well in a team as well as independently Any candidate must also be prepared to relocate Skills: Menu planning Food Prep Restaurant kitchen Food Quality Benefits: Accommodation
