Exciting new opportunity for a Group Head of HR to join a leading organisation as they embark on their growth journey across Ireland and the UK. Reporting to the Managing Director, the Head of HR will play a key role in leading and implementing the people strategy for the organisation. Key responsibilities include: Deliver and develop the HR Strategy in line with company goals and objectives across all business locations. Work closely with the key business stakeholders to further implement the HR standard across the business in order to deliver a uniformed approach to HR and the people agenda in areas such as talent acquisition, talent management, succession planning and performance management. Provide leadership and own the ER/IR across the business and drive the relationship with union representatives in the delivery of key objectives such as pay negotiations and other organisational changes that may arise. Implement the talent development plan in alignment with functional growth strategies including manpower planning, talent development and reward management. Partner with the leadership team on talent strategies and actions to build an engaged and high-performing business. Lead the training and coaching agenda for the organisation in line with key metrics. The ideal candidate will have a 10+ years' experience in HR at a senior level and a proven track record in a similar role. Experience in a multi-site manufacturing, unionised environment is highly desirable. Excellent key stakeholder engagement skills required. Skills: HR Manager Leadership Management
