Key Responsibilities
 1. Schedule and coordinate GRC meetings effectively.
 2. Prepare and manage meeting agendas, papers, and supporting documentation according to governance standards.
 3. Attend Committee meetings and produce comprehensive minutes.
 4. Track action items and decisions for timely execution.
Maintain and review the Committee's Terms of Reference bi-annually or as necessary.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and Committee Effectiveness Evaluations.
Ensure compliance with internal governance policies and external regulatory requirements.
Provide point of contact for GRC governance and documentation queries.
