Personal Lines Executive Role
We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Personal Lines Executive to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity for a customer-focused individual to work in a fast-paced environment, managing client relationships and ensuring seamless service delivery across all personal lines departments. Key Responsibilities: • Securing renewals, processing amendments, cross-selling, and up-selling across all product lines. • Managing renewals and client retention in line with company targets. • Negotiating with new and existing customers and clients on a daily basis. • Setting up new client accounts and ensuring customers' documentation is correct. • Ensuring all files are up-to-date on our internal systems. • Coordinating mid-term alterations, renewals, accounts entry, claims liaison, and correspondence. Requirements: • APA qualification is essential. • CIP preferred. • Experience working in a commercial fast-paced environment. • One-year sales or customer service experience in a similar role required. • Excellent communication and organizational skills. • Passion/drive to work within the insurance industry.
