Supply Chain Specialist | Dublin | Pharma Key hire with strong CMO management exposure required What you need to know: Matrix Recruitment is hiring a Supply Chain Specialist to join our client a pharma organisation in Dublin. This is a critical role with end-to-end responsibility for supply chain operations, managing a defined product portfolio and ensuring reliable supply through Contract Manufacturing Organisations (CMOs). Your New Role: Youll be the primary point of contact for CMOs and key suppliers, responsible for ensuring product availability, managing supply risks, and driving performance across the network. This role will suit someone who is hands-on, detail-driven, and experienced in external manufacturing environments. Key Duties and Responsibilities: Own CMO relationships supply planning, performance, and issue resolution Align demand and supply with internal stakeholders (S&OP inputs) Manage ERP orders (POs/SOs) from placement through to delivery Track production and shipments, escalating risks proactively Maintain accurate inventory, SKU, and lifecycle data Support new product launches, tech transfers, and change controls Monitor CMO/supplier KPIs and drive continuous improvement Ensure compliance with GxP, contracts, and regulatory requirements What are we looking for? Degree in Supply Chain, Business, Science, or similar Experience in pharma, biotech, or medical devices Proven CMO / external manufacturing management experience (ESSENTIAL) Strong ERP experience (SAP or Oracle preferred) Understanding of supply planning, forecasting & Incoterms Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills By applying, you are giving consent for Matrix Recruitment to contact you about this job.
