Customer Support Representative - Maintenance Planning

Location: Darlington, with the option for hybrid working after successfully completing probation.
Contract: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM.
Salary: £23,874.98 per annum.

As a Maintenance Planning Administrator, you’ll be the backbone of our maintenance operations, ensuring our fleet is safe, reliable, and ready for action. Your responsibilities will include:

* Scheduling and coordinating routine and emergency vehicle maintenance.
* Managing records of servicing, repairs, and inspections.
* Liaising with technicians, suppliers, and other team members to ensure seamless operations.
* Monitoring compliance with safety and legal standards.
* Keeping our customers informed about their vehicles’ status.
