Chef de Partie. We have a fantastic opportunity for a Chef de Partie to join our award-winning culinary team at the Kilkenny River Court Hotel. This is a hands-on role in a fast-paced bar food service environment, where consistency, speed, and creativity are key. You'll be working with a dynamic kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes that reflect the vibrant and welcoming atmosphere of our hotel. The ideal candidate will thrive under pressure and take pride in delivering excellent food service during busy periods.
The Kilkenny River Court Hotel is a premier 4-star city centre hotel and is superbly located adjacent to the main shopping areas, theatres, entertainment, tourist attractions, Kilkenny\'s Medieval Mile, and Kilkenny Castle.
We are part of the Neville Hotel group, a family-owned Irish Hotel Group with six iconic hotels. Ideal candidate & Qualifications
* Minimum of 2 years relevant experience as a Chef de Partie.
* Recognised qualification and experience of managing and implementing a HACCP system.
* Display excellence in food preparation and service.
* Experience of menu design and implementation and food costings.
* Be standards driven.
* Driven and enthusiastic to achieve excellence.
* Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills.
* Honest, reliable, flexible, and hardworking.
