Director-Level Talent Acquisition Specialist
We are seeking a seasoned talent acquisition expert to spearhead our Director-level recruitment efforts.
About the Role
This key position will be responsible for leading proactive sourcing initiatives, developing market intelligence, and driving best-in-class hiring strategies.
Key Responsibilities
* Shape the future of Director-level recruitment by driving innovation, alignment with People CoEs, and adoption of best practices.
* Oversee the entire Director-level recruitment process from role briefing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.
* Lead proactive sourcing, headhunting, and market mapping to identify high-calibre senior talent and build pipelines for future business-critical roles.
* Collaborate with business leaders, People Heads/Directors, and stakeholders to ensure effective and timely delivery of Leadership hiring needs.
* Foster internal talent mobility across FF, UKI, and the wider Group by building awareness of current talent bench strength, availability, and alignment with potential vacancies.
* Apply hiring best practices across all Director-level recruitment processes, striving for diverse shortlists and unbiased assessment methodologies.
* Oversee Director-level onboarding for new hires, working closely with the People Partnering teams to apply best practice and ensure an optimum candidate experience.
* Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders, regularly sharing external market trends, talent insights, and competitor intelligence to inform talent actions and discussions.
* Main point of contact for Executive Search firms and Research Houses, managing relationships against commercial terms, service, and performance metrics in conjunction with the Talent & Leadership CoE.
