Senior technical program manager - contract manufacturing integration

Job Description

We're seeking a seasoned technical program manager to lead the planning and implementation of contract manufacturing integration capability, as well as scaling and continuous improvement efforts.

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership, influencing skills, and technical depth, with experience in managing complex technology projects, working directly with engineering teams, and owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.

This role requires collaboration with diverse stakeholders, including hardware engineering, operations, planning, design, and contract manufacturers. The successful individual will be responsible for developing predictive models, capacity planning, and process improvements to optimize efficiency, quality, and cost.

* Strategic capacity planning for long-term needs based on new technology, power, infrastructure, etc.
* Developing predictive models in capacity planning to accommodate demand upside and volatility.
* CAPACITY MODELING FOR LINE, TESTING, LABORS FOR EXISTING AND NEW PRODUCTS FACTORING IN CYCLE TIME, YIELD, UTILIZATION AND OTHER VARIABLES

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

* Experience in technical product or program management.
* Experience working directly with engineering teams.
* Experience in software development.
* Experience managing programs across cross-functional teams, building processes and coordinating release schedules.
* Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition.
* Experience in architectural design or system design independent of an architect.
