Key Responsibilities:
* Conduct regular site inspections, audits, and risk assessments
* Promote a strong health and safety culture across the workforce
* Deliver toolbox talks and safety training as required
* Investigate and report on incidents, accidents, and near misses
* Ensure all health and safety documentation is up-to-date and compliant with legislation
* Liaise with site teams, management, and external bodies regarding health and safety matters
Requirements:
* Minimum 3 years experience in a health and safety role within the construction or civil engineering industry
* Relevant health and safety qualification (e.g., diploma in health and safety, NEBOSH, etc.)
* Strong understanding of Irish health and safety legislation
* Excellent communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work well independently and as part of a team
* Full driving licence
