Job Title: Service Receptionist
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Service Receptionist to join our team in the service department. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless communication between our customers and the workshop, providing top-notch administrative support, and maintaining accurate records.
Main Responsibilities:
- Invoicing and administration within the service department
- Maintaining an efficient document storage system and processing service plan and internal vehicle preparation invoices
- Preparing accurate quotations for vehicle servicing and maintenance needs
- Providing quotations and invoices for customers and communicating with the workshop and service advisors to ascertain work requirements
- Reviewing vehicle and customer history to identify potential additional work requirements and inputting information into our system to initiate ordering of parts
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills with internal and external customers, suppliers, and the manufacturer
- Strong problem-solving ability to identify and resolve customer issues in a professional and empathetic manner
- Attention to detail and time management skills
- Ability to work independently in a busy environment and manage own workflow effectively

What We're Looking For:
- A minimum of 1 year administration experience is desirable but not essential
- Motor sector experience is also not essential but would be beneficial
- Strong communication, attention to detail, and time management skills
