This role offers a varied and engaging caseload focused on personal injury and medical negligence, with opportunities to build hands-on experience in both pre-litigation and litigated matters. You'll work closely with experienced solicitors, handling a mix of employers liability, public liability, RTA, and clinical negligence claims. The team supports clients through all stages of the claims process, including High Court proceedings, providing excellent exposure for those looking to deepen their litigation and advocacy skills.
