Service Coordinator | Facilities / Engineering | Sim-Pro Experience EssentialSynergy Recruitment is currently partnering with a well-established and growing service-led engineering organisation seeking an experienced Service Coordinator to join their operations team.This is a key role supporting field engineers, managing service schedules, and ensuring seamless delivery across reactive and planned maintenance works.The RoleAs Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for scheduling, reporting, KPI tracking and supporting the full service lifecycle using Sim-Pro CRM.You will work closely with engineers, the Service Director and clients to ensure works are delivered efficiently, compliantly and on time.Key Responsibilities• Schedule works and allocate callouts/repairs via Sim-Pro with minimal disruption to planned works• Manage preventative planned maintenance (PPM) schedules and service upgrades• Enter site times, parts, materials and hire equipment accurately into the system• Generate PO's for remedials, upgrades and parts• Monitor KPI performance and take corrective action when required• Prepare weekly and monthly invoicing reports for senior management• Generate PPM renewals 2 months in advance• Maintain ISO quality procedures and Health & Safety documentation• Track opportunities and maintain strong client / contractor relationships• Coordinate engineer travel, accommodation and diary managementAdditional Responsibilities• Support monthly invoicing reporting• Assist with procedures updates and continuous improvement• Obtain market intelligence within contractors and client networks• Assist with events, seminars and marketing initiatives• General operational support as required
