Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Catering Assistant to join our Events Team in Co Waterford.
The successful candidate will be responsible for setting up for breakfast, lunch and dinner, working and taking direction from the chefs, food prep and presentation, following HACCP procedures, deep cleaning of the kitchens and daily cleaning duties in the kitchen.

Requirements:
* Must have a minimum 6 months experience working in a catering/kitchen environment.
* Excellent English skills, both written and verbal.
* A people person with good communication skills and well presented.
* Experience in cleaning systems and knowledge of working within a busy kitchen environment.
* Ability to adapt to new environments and work under pressure.
* Two working references and valid work permits to work in Ireland with no restrictions.
Responsibilities:
* Setting up for breakfast, lunch and dinner.
* Working and taking direction from the chefs.
* Food prep and food presentation.
* Following all HACCP procedures.
* Deep clean of the kitchens.
* Daily cleaning duties in the kitchen following company procedures.
