(Senior) Applications & Technology Architect – based in Luxembourg

Contract – 12 months, with up to 3 years extension.
Responsibilities
Provide architectural oversight & leadership and technical guidance to the team throughout all phases of the project lifecycle, from strategy development to solution implementation.
Oversee and support the end-to-end delivery of complex Oracle projects, ensuring alignment with clients' business requirements and best practices.
Work with the team and external advisers to analyse clients' business requirements and develop and implement appropriate best practice solutions that meet industry and Irish Civil Service standards.
Actively contributing to the development of Business Requirement Documents (BRDs) and reviewing of resulting Functional Designs (FDs), for same.
Working with, and providing subject matter expertise to, both technical team, clients and System Implementation partner on both system configurations (AP322), including inventory, and custom developments (i.e.
Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions, Workflows).
Playing an active and expert role in the data migration, data conversion and data reconciliation process of client data by advising clients on what data to extract from their legacy system, ensuring that it is provided in the format/structure required for import into Oracle and working with clients to ensure their data is loaded correctly.
Support the delivery of User Acceptance Testing and End User Testing.
Provide hands‑on support and guidance to the operations teams in analyzing issues and determining appropriate solutions.
Partner with teams across business functions to drive organizational efficiency.
Identify and develop new project opportunities, building long‑lasting, trusted client relationships.
