We are currently recruiting skilled Aluminium & Glass Fitters and Installation Team Leaders to support our expanding portfolio of high-end commercial and residential projects.ResponsibilitiesGeneral Responsibilities (All Roles):Installation of aluminium curtain walling, ventilated façade systems, and aluminium windows and doorsDelivering work to exceptional quality standards in line with architectural and design specificationsEnsuring all installations comply with health & safety regulationsKeeping work areas clean, organised, and site-ready at all timesTeam Leader – Additional Duties:Leading and coordinating a small team of installers on siteManaging daily workloads to meet programme targets and deadlinesInterpreting technical drawings and addressing on-site installation issuesLiaising directly with Site Managers, contractors, and clientsTracking progress, reporting updates, and overseeing materials and equipmentRequirementsExperience & Skills:Demonstrable experience in aluminium glazing or façade installationTeam Leaders must have 3+ years' experience in a supervisory or lead installer roleStrong attention to detail, reliability, and excellent site awarenessEssential Certifications:Valid Safe PassManual Handling certificationIPAF licenceWorking at Heights certificationJob Types: Full-time, PermanentPay: €31,424.65-€60,938.79 per yearBenefits:FlexitimeWork Location: In person
