Project Cost Manager
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Cost Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the financial aspects of construction projects.
Job Description:
As a Project Cost Manager, you will be responsible for:
* Managing project budgets and costs;
* Developing and implementing cost management plans;
* Coordinating with the design team to ensure accurate estimating and cost control;
* Preparing and reviewing project reports and forecasts;
* Identifying and mitigating potential cost risks.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
* A degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field;
* At least 3 years' experience in quantity surveying or a related field;
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
