As a Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in coordinating and managing residential services to ensure a good quality of life for attendees.
Main Responsibilities
* Support resource management, staffing, communication, and professional leadership to ensure a high standard of care.
Qualifications/Experience
* A relevant third-level qualification in the social care or health sector is essential. This includes a nursing qualification currently registered with the regulatory body or a social care qualification registered with the relevant authority.
* Previous experience of effectively managing a staff team and demonstrating a proven ability to proactively lead, motivate, empower, and achieve results through people is an advantage.
* A minimum of three years' post-qualification experience working with people with an intellectual disability is essential.
Skills
* Candidates should be able to demonstrate leadership, communication, and teamwork skills.
* The successful candidate will be a flexible and dynamic individual who will relate to people in a range of situations together with an understanding of and commitment to public accountability principles.
Working Hours
* Contracted hours will be based on a 7-day duty roster and will depend on the grade of the successful candidate.
Remuneration
* Based on the salary scale attached to the grade of the successful candidates.
The post is permanent, full-time, and pensionable.
