Role Overview
This position is based in our Limerick office within the Fund Administration Division, responsible for consulting on and producing daily, monthly, and quarterly regulatory reports for regulators across Europe.
The Key Responsibilities
* Lead planning and execution of daily and periodic regulatory reporting in cooperation with senior partners.
* Engage with internal departments to evaluate and implement changes in proposed regulations and ensure current requirements are met.
* Communicate with regulators, relationship management teams, and clients on queries regarding existing reporting solutions or ad‑hoc information requests.
* Participate in cross‑training partners across EMEA and outsourced locations.
* Promote a proactive partnership with Manila‑based team partners supporting regulatory solutions.
* Collaborate with leadership to develop a scalable operating model for service offerings, ensuring sustainable and profitable products.
* Maintain proactive client communication, suggesting operational efficiencies, process improvements, and enhancements to client experience.
Desired Skills & Experience
* Experience in financial services/asset management/fund administration (desirable but not essential).
* Experience working with teams across multiple locations in an outsourced arrangement (desirable).
* Strong ability to build consultative relationships with external clients.
* Self‑motivated, innovative, and analytical.
* Excellent time‑management and organisational skills.
* Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
* High attention to detail and ability to interpret large data sets.
