Operations Planning Coordinator

Develop and maintain comprehensive production schedules for all 8 packing lines, balancing competing priorities to ensure on-time fulfillment of orders.

* Create and implement Master Production Schedule (MPS) based on demand forecasts and sales orders.
* Coordinate with procurement to ensure materials are in place to meet production plans.
* Proactively liaise with dispatch to ensure accurate volume allocation.
* Monitor production performance against the plan and identify opportunities to improve line efficiency.
* Report on the status of scheduled production using key performance indicators (KPIs).
* 7+ years of experience in operations planning or scheduling roles, preferably within fast-paced manufacturing environments.
* Exceptional analytical and numerical skills, with high proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
