Job Role: Beer Process Controller
Location: Nangor Road, Dublin, Ireland
Contract: 2-year Fixed Term Contract
Work Pattern: 38 hours per week on a 2 Shift Cycle.
No night work

About the Role
As a Process Controller you'll play a key role in running packaging operations on the production line.
You'll operate equipment, support troubleshooting activities and ensure our products meet the highest standards of quality and safety.
You'll be part of a high-performing team, working closely with engineers to keep operations running smoothly while contributing to continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities
Operate beer intake, processing, and filling equipment
Conduct packaging activities, including palletisation
Troubleshoot equipment performance with engineering teams
Carry out quality checks on components and finished products
Perform basic machine care, cleaning, and maintenance
Support line improvements and continuous improvement initiatives
Work Pattern
38 hours per week
Two-shift rotation alternating weekly.
Shift hours to be confirmed but indicative times are: Front Shift: 06:*******:30
Back Shift: 14:*******:00
Production is currently planned Monday–Thursday, however:
Shift patterns may evolve depending on business demand
Future production may include Friday and Saturday working
Qualifications
We're looking for a reliable, motivated and performance-driven individual who takes pride in delivering high standards of safety and quality.
You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment, and bring a proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement.
Ideally, you'll have experience working with machinery or within an FMCG or production setting, along with basic IT skills and an understanding of operating processes or equipment.
You should also be comfortable carrying out manual tasks, including lifting, handling goods, and supporting general operational activities.
