Group MixologistOverview We are seeking a creative, skilled, and customer-focused Mixologist to lead our teams across the group. The Mixologist will be part of the management team and be responsible for crafting exceptional cocktails, providing an engaging guest experience, and maintaining the highest standards of quality and service behind the bar. This role combines technical bartending expertise with innovation, artistry, and hospitality. Key Responsibilities Prepare, mix, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to established recipes or customized guest requests. Develop innovative signature cocktails and seasonal drink menus. Liaise with the growers, plan the growing season in advance. Ensure consistent drink quality, presentation, and portion control. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, tools, and glassware. Engage with guests in a welcoming, professional, and attentive manner. Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and requisitions efficiently. Stay up to date with industry trends, mixology techniques, and new ingredients. Train and mentor junior bar staff when required. Handle cash and POS transactions accurately. Marketing and Promotions: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional campaigns. Utilize social media and other marketing channels to attract new customers and retain existing ones. Plan and execute special events and promotions to boost sales. Compliance and Standards: Ensure compliance with health, safety, and alcohol regulations. Maintain all necessary licenses and certifications. Implement and enforce company policies and procedures. Qualifications & Skills Proven experience as a Mixologist, Bartender, or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of spirits, liqueurs, wines, beers, and cocktail-making techniques. Creativity and flair for developing original drinks. Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills. Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
