**Audit Director Opportunity**

The successful candidate will join our senior leadership group, collaborating closely with the board to shape strategy, ensure compliance, and drive innovation across the division. Key responsibilities include:
* Leading, supporting, and developing a team of audit and accounts professionals across a diverse portfolio.
* Ensuring timely, accurate delivery of audit engagements in line with regulatory standards.
* Reviewing financial statements and tax computations for companies, partnerships, and sole traders.
* Monitoring engagement profitability and billing performance, ensuring targets are met.
* Managing client relationships and acting as a trusted advisor on audit and business advisory matters.
* Identifying opportunities to cross-sell services and support client business growth.
About You
We seek a Qualified Accountant (ACCA/ACA/CPA or equivalent) with a proven track record in managing audit engagements and leading teams within a medium-sized practice.
You will possess:
* In-depth technical knowledge of FRS 102, UK/Irish GAAP, IFRS, and ISA standards.
* Experience in managing client relationships and delivering tailored solutions.
* Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
