Job Description: Repairs Data Analyst Responsible To: Responsive Repairs Team Leader Responsible For: N/A Location: Dublin Contract: Full Time Permanent Job Summary: As Repairs Data Analyst your role is to support the Property Services Team by collecting, managing, and analysing data across Responsive Repairs.
You will deliver accurate, timely, and insightful reporting and dashboards to inform strategic decision-making and operational planning.
This role will provide data analytics and reporting across for Responsive Repairs and Voids.

The post holder will be responsible for a combination of the objectives described below and annual KPIs dependent upon the requirements of the organisation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES (Functional): Data Collection, Validation and Preparation Gather data from multiple sources (databases, spreadsheets, APIs) ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency.
Clean, filter, and transform raw data, identifying and removing inconsistencies, errors, and outliers.
Conduct data validation checks and document data definitions, business rules, and assumptions.
Data Analysis and Insight Generation Analyse large data sets to identify trends, patterns, and areas of risk or opportunity within property services.
Apply statistical techniques to generate actionable insights across key areas including: Repairs and Maintenance.
Voids Management.
Support decision-making by interpreting and presenting insights clearly to internal stakeholders.
Reporting and Dashboard Development Design, build, and maintain regular and ad-hoc reports and dashboards using tools such as Power BI and Excel.
Tailor reporting outputs for different internal audiences across sub-teams including Responsive Repairs and Voids.
Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and clarity in all reporting deliverables.
Business Intelligence and Continuous Improvement Stay current with BI tools, automation techniques, and data analytics trends.
Identify and recommend improvements in existing reporting frameworks and data collection methods.
Support automation and self-service capabilities for reporting users.
Governance, Compliance and Audit Ensure all data handling and analysis activities adhere to Tuath's data governance, privacy, and security policies.
Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and reporting templates to support audit and regulatory requirements.
Monitor and analyse data to ensure compliance with legal and regulatory frameworks.
Collaboration and Stakeholder Engagement Work closely with internal departments (e.g. Housing, Compliance, Finance) to understand data requirements and provide support.
Liaise with consultants, contractors, and external stakeholders where relevant.
Provide clear reporting to senior management and participate in inter-departmental meetings and briefings.
Training, Support and Capacity Building Provide training and support to end-users on interpreting reports and using dashboards.
Promote a culture of data literacy and evidence-based decision-making across the organisation.
Documentation and Communication Document methodologies, assumptions, and limitations for all analyses conducted.
Prepare written reports (including audits, surveys, risk assessments) with recommendations and innovative solutions.
Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and visual format for both technical and non-technical audiences.
KEY RESPONSIBIITIES (Organisational): Provide input into the Operational plans.
Adopt a collaborative and supportive approach, maintaining up to date professional knowledge and providing advice and assistance to colleagues as required.
Provide statistical data, information, and testimonials for annual report.
