Role: Clinical Systems Management/Emerging Technology Operations

This role supports systems used in clinical trial management, based in Cork with collaboration with the US team. It involves ensuring operational excellence, compliance, and quality of clinical systems, supporting system development, lifecycle management, and digital technologies including data migration services.


Primary Responsibilities

1. Maintain expertise in clinical trial systems and digital health technologies.
2. Manage business systems and digital health technology operations and planning.
3. Coordinate system support, maintenance, and deployment activities.
4. Assist with implementation of new releases and patches, including training and process updates.
5. Resolve system issues promptly, conduct root cause analysis.
6. Identify risks and develop solutions for sustainability.
7. Improve system functionality and efficiency continuously.
8. Collaborate across functions, geographies, and vendors.
9. Respond to user feedback and manage user access.
10. Support system testing, audits, and inspections.
11. Develop user training materials and maintain knowledge bases.
12. Perform data migration activities and quality checks.
13. Develop and monitor performance metrics.


Minimum Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT (preferred).
* Experience in medical, clinical, or pharmaceutical fields (preferred).
* At least 5 years of industry or clinical experience.


Additional Preferences

* Advanced degree in relevant field.
* Experience with clinical data systems and current technologies.
* Project management skills in data migration and reporting.
* Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills.
* Problem-solving, critical thinking, and conflict resolution abilities.
* Flexibility, adaptability, and learning agility.
* Knowledge of regulatory and quality standards in clinical data.
* Customer focus and teamwork skills.
