Customer Service Representative
Serve as a friendly voice connecting guests to the services they need at the heart of Galway City.
Key Responsibilities
1. Answer and route incoming calls promptly and professionally
2. Handle internal and external inquiries with courtesy and accuracy
3. Manage wake-up call requests and guest messaging services
4. Coordinate communication between departments (e.g., housekeeping, maintenance, front desk)
5. Maintain accurate records of calls and messages
6. Assist with emergency communication procedures when necessary
Requirements
* Excellent verbal communication and phone etiquette
* Strong organizational and multitasking skills
* Ability to stay calm and focused under pressure
* Previous hotel or call center experience preferred
* Familiarity with switchboard or multi-line phone systems a plus
* Flexible availability, including weekends and holidays
