The role SSE Facilities Management department is looking to recruit a Mobile Maintenance Operative Electrical skillset for Dublin to provide a service to the Company's corporate sites in respect of maintenance/service/repair and installation of a variety of building services. The successful person must be multi-skilled with an Electrical base trade qualification. You must be able to demonstrate multi-trade experience within a similar role, able to achieve the highest level of customer service, work under pressure, possess a flexible approach and be prepared to travel. Experience working with Air Handling Units, Air Conditioning, Generators, Boilers, Plumbing, Electrical, UPS and Fire alarm systems. You will Undertake such maintenance repairs, installation or servicing work as detailed by the FM Maintenance Supervisor/FM Maintenance Manager. Ensure compliance with SSE procedures, health & safety regulations, and maintain a professional standard on-site. Maintain equipment and workspaces in a clean, safe, and serviceable condition, disposing of waste appropriately. Complete and manage documentation accurately and on time, including FM work orders and helpdesk updates. Support site operations, including contractor inductions, permit issuing, and acting as the first point of contact for facilities needs. Participate in multi-skilled FM tasks, emergency standby rota, and sourcing materials to ensure timely service delivery. You will Previous experience working in a commercial FM/Maintenance multi skilled related environment. Minimum National Craft Certificate (NCC) - Electrical Ability to support and contribute to M&E and building fabric maintenance. A good knowledge of health and safety legislation & requirements. Ability to handle tools & equipment correctly and safely Flexibility - This is a mobile role servicing our customer base however occasional support to our nationwide clients may be required and may include overnight stays.
