Requirements:
* Professional qualification in cookery or culinary arts (e.g., City & Guilds)
* A copy of certification required upon registration
* Previous experience working as a chef in high-volume environments or production kitchens
* Manual handling and HACCP Level 2 training
* Visa or GNIB (if applicable) and international police clearance (if lived abroad for 6+ months)
