Supporting SOP implementation is in place for all aspects of service Monitoring compliance as per Company food safety policies and procedures and legislative requirements Providing timely and constructive feedback to all direct reports as and when required either formally or informally Training employees on SOP's and best practices in customer service. To follow all reasonable instructions from the Wards ManagerQualificationsPrevious experience in a similar role or supervising in a fast-paced catering business. An interest in people and the drive to deliver exceptional service A Strong background in hospitality or catering is essential. Excellent customer service & time management skills. Knowledge of Food Hygiene including HACCP. A problem-solving mind and solutions-orientated approach with a flexible can-do attitude.
