Senior Security Solutions Consultant

Salary Guide: €95,000 - €120,000
A major global technology company is expanding its enterprise security solutions team and is hiring an experienced specialist to support large customers across Ireland and the UK. This role sits within a high-performance digital sales organisation and focuses on helping large enterprises understand, adopt, and maximise modern security platforms and cloud-based protection technologies.
You'll work closely with a wide network of internal teams, partners, and senior stakeholders, driving long-term strategic engagements and shaping security transformation programmes for customers operating at scale.
What You'll Be Doing
1. Lead security-focused engagements with major enterprise customers, helping them map business needs to modern protection, identity, compliance, and threat-defence solutions.
2. Own strategic opportunities end-to-end - identifying needs, shaping proposals, presenting value, and guiding customers toward secure adoption.
3. Work closely with account teams, architects, solution specialists and partner organisations to accelerate large, complex deals.
4. Build strong relationships with senior decision-makers, advising them on risk, governance, and modern security approaches.
5. Understand customer priorities and budget cycles, ensuring all engagements align with business drivers and security outcomes.
6. Use deep market awareness and competitor insight to position your portfolio effectively.
7. Support forecasting, pipeline management, and account planning across high-value enterprise accounts.
8. Drive best practice in security engagement, championing continuous learning and thought leadership across the team.
What You Should Bring
9. 5+ years' experience in enterprise technology sales, security consulting, or a similar customer-facing role.
10. Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, identity, cloud security, compliance and threat management.
11. Ability to lead conversations with senior management, influencing both technical and business stakeholders.
12. Proven experience managing complex sales cycles or delivering large consulting engagements.
13. Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
14. Self-driven, comfortable owning strategy and execution in fast-moving environments.
15. A passion for working in security and staying ahead of industry trends.
Nice to Have
16. Experience supporting enterprise customers across Ireland and/or the UK.
17. Familiarity with cloud security platforms or large-scale SaaS solutions.
18. Relevant security or cloud certifications.
19. Experience working with partner ecosystems or channel-led sales.
