Lead Quality Specialist
Job Overview:
* Elevate project quality plans and system inspection/test plans to meet client expectations.
* Cultivate effective communication of contract quality requirements among Dornan Engineering project staff and business functions.
* Offer expert guidance on implementation necessities.
* Facilitate collaboration with clients on all quality-related matters for cohesive client relationships.
* Investigate customer queries and concerns.
* Monitor and audit the execution of project quality plan and procedures.
* Collaborate with the auditing team at Dornan.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinate client participation at scheduled inspection/witness points according to project contract and handover program.
* Resolve all quality matters at the project management team and project supervisor levels.
Essential Qualifications:
* Third-level degree or relevant industry experience.
* Previous experience in data centers/industrial or power settings is preferred.
* A background in electrical engineering is advantageous but not required.
* Strong understanding of electrical/mechanical systems biased towards 80%/20%.
* Proficient in Microsoft Windows including Word, Excel, and Outlook.
* Excellent communication and leadership skills for clear communication with project staff.
