Job Title: Actuarial Consultant - Ireland Operations
Key Responsibilities:
* SUPPORTING CLIENTS IN THE DELIVERY OF ACTUARIAL CONSULTING SERVICES
* ASSISTING SENIOR COLLEAGUES TO BUILD AND MAINTAIN CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS BY GIVING SUPPORT WITH REQUESTS FOR PROPOSALS AND THE DEVELOPMENT OF SALES MATERIALS
* COMMUNICATING EFFECTIVELY WITH PROJECT TEAMS TO ENSURE THAT PROJECTS ARE ON TIME AND MEET INTERNAL AND CLIENTS' EXPECTATIONS
About You:
A qualified life actuary with 3-4 years' post-qualified experience in a consulting role, you will possess strong stakeholder and project lead experience, balanced with technical understanding of actuarial and finance. You will have a deep understanding of IFRS 17, including implementation, setting methodology, BAU readiness and reporting. Experience with Capital/Solvency II, financial modelling and risk management techniques and reinsurance is also required. Your expertise will enable you to lead medium-sized projects (around 5+ colleagues) and support intellectual capital development and new business generation.
