We’re currently seeking a full-time Sales Administrator to join our team. This is a front-of-house, customer-facing role where you’ll play a key part in promoting and selling our popular Celtic Nights experience, while supporting essential administrative operations.

Key Responsibilities
Welcome guests in person and over the phone, ensuring a warm and professional first impression
Promote and sell Celtic Nights tickets to individuals, groups, and partners
Manage bookings, invoicing, reporting, and general administration
Respond promptly to all phone and email enquiries for the show and ground floor
Prepare detailed function sheets for events, including upsells and special requests
Work closely with Sales, Show, and F&B teams to ensure smooth communication
Support day-to-day operations and assist with additional tasks as required
Adhere to company policies including Health & Safety, cash handling, and compliance procedures
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in hospitality (essential)
Fluent written and spoken English
Strong Microsoft Office skills
Opera Cloud experience (desirable but not essential)
Availability to work weekends
Must have the legal right to work full-time in Ireland
