* Develop and present regular reports to relevant business units.
* Promote process improvements through proactive identification of issues.
Requirements
* Demonstrated proficiency in SAP processes is essential.
* Prior experience in Customer Service is beneficial.
* A deep understanding of the customer experience is vital.
* Proficiency in MS Office applications.
* A third-level qualification or equivalent experience.
