About the Role
We are seeking an experienced, driven, and highly organised Sales, Marketing & Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations and growth of two dynamic businesses in the Mullingar area. This is a hands-on role that requires a strategic thinker with the ability to execute effectively, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations while driving sales and brand visibility.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Marketing
* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
* Create and manage marketing campaigns across digital, print, and social media platforms.
* Build brand awareness through networking, partnerships, and promotional events.
* Analyse market trends, customer behaviour, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities.
* Manage customer relationships to ensure high satisfaction and retention rates.
Operations Management
* Oversee daily operations for both businesses, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance.
* Implement systems and processes to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
* Monitor budgets, expenses, and financial performance, reporting to senior management.
* Lead and motivate staff, providing training and development to enhance team performance.
* Ensure workplace health and safety standards are met at all times.
Administration & Coordination
* Manage scheduling, rostering, and resource allocation.
* Oversee inventory management and supplier relationships.
* Handle problem-solving and conflict resolution to maintain a positive work environment.
* Support business owners with strategic decision-making and project execution.
Required Skills & Experience
* Minimum 3 years' experience in a Sales, Marketing, or Operations Manager role.
* Proven ability to manage and grow multiple business operations simultaneously.
* Strong sales skills with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
* Solid marketing knowledge across social media, advertising, and brand building.
* Excellent organisational and time-management abilities.
* Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
* Proficiency in business management software and digital marketing tools.
* Full, clean driver's licence and ability to travel between sites.
Desirable/Beneficial Skills
* Experience in budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting.
* Knowledge of compliance, HR, and workplace safety regulations.
* Event management or public relations experience.
* Problem-solving and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
