They are looking for a trusted senior operational leader, to join the team in this brand-new role. Understanding the numbers, improving investment performance, identifying synergies, streamlining processes, liaising with advisors & family members and much more.This is definitely a hands-on role, getting to know and develop all aspects of the business, grow the team, grow opportunities and execute the strategy. Reporting to the Founder.ResponsibilitiesOversees operations across a number of businesses, bringing teams together to deliver best practice across all investments & companiesDevelop commercial awareness via effective & relevant KPI's and accurate & timely reportingEnsure all team members are aware of the strategy, the part they will play and how growth will be achieved.Build workflows and SLA's to deliver a great service, avoid risk and remove any technical obstacles, ensuring variances etc are identified earlLead the rollout of Business Central across the GroupOwn the presentation of monthly investment packs – monitoring investment performance and delivering commentary & solutions to boardRequirementsQualified accountantFamily office or family business experience would be an advantageCorporate finance background would be idealPrior ERP role out essential, preferably Business Central (but not essential)Strong working knowledge of Power BIAmbitious, strong communicator & diplomaticPrevious success in a leadership position, growing & building a team and implementing a successful growth cultureLiving locally is essential.RemunerationUp to c €120,000 plus good bonus.
