6+ years' experience as a Systems Analyst * Innovative problem solver and works well in software development teams * Ability to work under minimum supervision with colleagues at all levels * Good knowledge and proficiency in SQL * Experience with Agile methodologies * Superb communication skills (oral and written) * Financial domain experience an advantage. API experience and User Stories experience is essential.
