The team works across a wide range of sectors, including corporate, technology, industrial, and high-end interior environments.This employer fosters a professional, supportive, and growth-oriented workplace, offering opportunities to work on impactful projects while developing skills within a fast-paced, multidisciplinary environment.About Your New Job as Architectural TechnologistProduce high-quality, technically accurate architectural deliverables—including drawings, specifications, and schedules—using Revit in line with project standards and deadlines.Coordinate layouts and prepare tender and construction documentation for medium- and large-scale projects within a multidisciplinary team.Ensure all design outputs are compliant with relevant standards, fully buildable, and aligned with project requirements.Contribute to cost management by considering budget implications in technical and design decisions.Identify opportunities to enhance project efficiency and profitability while maintaining design and technical quality.Conduct site visits to provide technical and construction support, ensuring design intent is maintained and issues are resolved promptly.What Skills You Need as Architectural Technologist5+ years of experience in architectural technology or interior architecture, with demonstrated involvement in medium- or large-scale office projects.Strong background in developing detailed designs, interior technical packages, and comprehensive architectural documentation.Proven experience working effectively within multidisciplinary teams.High proficiency in Revit (essential), with additional capability in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and Adobe Creative Suite.Experience using NBS Chorus or similar platforms for preparing specification documents.Solid understanding of BIM processes, workflows, and collaboration tools.Strong knowledge of current Irish Building Regulations, Planning Regulations, and relevant codes.Eligibility to work in Ireland.Full driving licence.What's on OfferCompetitive salary of €50,000 to €60,000 annually.Opportunities for professional development and career advancement.A supportive and inclusive work environment.What's NextApply now by clicking the "Apply Now" button or call me, Thomas Hyland on, Or email your CV - If the job isn't quite right but you are looking for something similar, please get in touch.
