The Role My client, an Irish healthcare technology organisation is seeking an experienced Project Support Executive to join their team based in Dublin 4.
This is a full-time, permanent, office-based position.
As the Project Support Executive, you will be responsible for coordinating project activities, communicating with stakeholders, and supporting users across international locations, helping to drive efficiency and maintain high service standards.
Tasks & Duties Deliver prompt, comprehensive resolutions to project-related queries via phone, email, and remote support.
Actively engage with stakeholders, serving as a key point of contact for information requests and issue resolution.
Conduct remote training sessions for global users on system functionality and best practices.
Consistently meet defined service level agreements (SLAs) and quality benchmarks for response times and reporting.
Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records of all customer interactions, including precise documentation of issues encountered.
Generate timely service delivery metrics, monitor trends in queries and resolutions, and take proactive measures to prevent escalation.
Identify and implement improvements to systems and workflows that enhance the efficiency and quality of support services.
Follow all approved procedures and policies rigorously to ensure compliance and consistency in task execution.
Provide logistical support as needed to assist with project coordination and implementation.
Experience, Knowledge & Qualifications A degree in Business Administration or Computer Science or equivalent experience.
Proven experience in a project support or client facing role within the Irish market.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to set clear expectations and maintain consistent contact throughout the project lifecycle.
Exceptional organisational & planning capabilities.
Excellent communication skills with clear and concise delivery and fluency in English.
Proficient in problem solving and adapting to shifting priorities.
