Business Development Manager
We are seeking a seasoned Business Development Manager to spearhead our sales growth strategy. This role requires a proven track record of driving sales expansion across on-trade and off-trade channels, focusing on both draught and packaged products.
* Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow distribution and revenue.
* Manage and expand existing customer relationships while securing new business.
* Negotiate pricing, terms, and promotional activities with key accounts.
* Work with distributors and wholesalers to maximize market reach.
* Monitor competitors and market trends.
* Provide regular sales reports and forecasts.
Key Requirements:
* Proven beverage sales experience, ideally in alcohol.
* Strong existing relationships in on-trade and off-trade.
* Experience in draught and packaged product sales.
* Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-focused.
* Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
