Senior Principal Engineer, Product Transfer
This role involves accelerating the pace and effectiveness of product transfer by fostering a culture of innovation within the engineering team.
Technical Leadership
* Network with key contacts outside own area of expertise while leveraging partnerships.
* Take technical oversight and leadership for programmes, setting direction and competency framework for a multi-site engineering team.
Complex Problem Solving
1. Serves as technical mentor for engineers in the function supporting functions monitoring progress ensuring sound application of principles appropriate use policies procedures. Will function major programs leading a detailed understanding best practice medicine industry benchmarking against divisions industries driving best practices developing support network key divisional corporate leaders academic supplier partners enhance understanding product manufacturing quality networks key contacts across business units lead culture innovation implementing forums reviews driving levels employee engagement highly effective structure developed implemented all engineers ensure adherence gmp safety procedures review approval validation documentation other duties assigned qualifications skills knowledge
