Amber Petroleum trading as Inver Energy are currently recruiting for a Deli Supervisor in Charleville
The successful candidate must be full flexible, able to work various shifts including early mornings and evenings.
The Deli Supervisor will be responsible for the preparation of high quality hot and cold Deli products while maintaining a high level of customer service.

Key ResponsibilitiesEnsuring all HACCP and food safety standards are met, and that all documentation is up to dateHandling stock and waste control of the Deli productsBringing forward new ideas to increase sales and standards within the departmentManaging the day to day management of the Deli operations and the employees to improve sales performanceSupervising employees in various duties such as cooking, serving, packaging, and operating countersManaging product storage, maintenance and rotation activities to avoid any damages or spoilageEnsuring that products are properly labelled with prices and datesDealing with customer queries to the highest possible standardsEncouraging an atmosphere of good Customer Service and team work within the Deli areaCompleting any back office administrative duties as requiredAssisting in preparation of inventory and sales budgetsProvide training to staff on company policies and sales guidelines. Skills, Knowledge and ExpertisePrevious experience as Deli AssistantPrevious customer service experienceExceptional communication skillsThe ability to work as part of a team BenefitsEAPCycle To Work SchemeEmployee Discount App
