Senior Design Lead
This role involves progressing projects from early feasibility studies through detailed engineering and onward into the execution phase.
* Act as a technical lead on assigned design work, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and high engineering standards.
* Provide support, mentoring, and day-to-day guidance to junior engineers and design staff.
* Produce, evaluate, and sign off drawings, calculations, reports, and other design deliverables.
