We are seeking Persian speakers (Farsi or Dari, C2 level) with strong cultural awareness and up-to-date knowledge of Persian-speaking regions and communities to join an exciting project with a global leader in social media and digital platforms. As a Generative AI Annotator, you will take on an investigative and analytical role—thinking like an end user, generating prompts in both English and Persian (Farsi / Dari), and evaluating the platform's ability to produce accurate, safe, and culturally relevant responses. Your understanding of linguistic nuances, regional context, and current trends across Persian-speaking audiences will play a key role in improving AI performance.
Responsibilities
1. Create and test prompts in English and Persian (Farsi / Dari) to explore AI capabilities and limitations.
2. Evaluate AI responses for accuracy, clarity, tone, and cultural appropriateness.
3. Research and fact-check information related to Persian-speaking regions, including cultural and current affairs topics.
4. Provide structured feedback to improve annotation workflows and overall model quality.
5. Identify recurring issues, emerging trends, and opportunities for refinement.
6. Contribute to the development of internal guidelines and best practices.
Candidate Profile
7. Native or near-native Persian speaker (Farsi or Dari, C2 level) with strong cultural understanding of Persian-speaking communities.
8. High level of English proficiency (C1 CEFR or higher).
9. Minimum education requirement: Level 7 (undergraduate degree or equivalent).
10. Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
11. Excellent written communication skills.
12. Good understanding of social norms, digital culture, and current trends across Persian-speaking audiences.
13. Detail-oriented, curious, and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.
