Key Responsibilities:
* To ensure high standards are maintained in both sales opportunities and after-sales experiences
* Management of sales targets, margin, expense, profit, stock turn, losses, and credit control
* Responsible for training and development, management of staff, recruitment, and HR functions
* Reporting to senior management - act as point of contact for the branch and participate in strategic decision-making
* Promoting business growth, leading development and execution of marketing strategies, social media engagement, trade shows, and open days
