As an Operations Administrator, youll be at the heart of our operationscoordinating customers, technicians, and drivers to ensure smooth service delivery. Beyond managing daily activities, you'll play a crucial role in driving commercial success by identifying and optimizing chargeable services. This role is fast-paced and diverse, requiring someone eager to dive into multiple tasks and keep things running efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
Technician & Driver Coordination
* Manage technician and driver schedules, including weekly planning and real-time adjustments
* Oversee stock requests for colleagues and customers
* Ensure efficient resource allocation to meet service demands
Customer Management
* Act as the first point of contact for inbound phone and email communications
* Manage service activities and oversee customer requests
* Liaise with stakeholders and ensure timely resolution of service tickets
* Assign tickets to appropriate team members
* Balance cost-effective service delivery with high customer satisfaction
System Management & Reporting
* Maintain customer records, locations, and user data in company systems
* Review reports post-job completion to assess service quality
About You
Were looking for someone who thrives in a hands-on, fast-moving environment, with:
* Prior operations or administration experience (preferably in service-based industries)
* A strong customer service mindset with excellent phone and written communication skills
* High attention to detail and ability to multitask effectively
* Comfortable working across teams and adapting to changing priorities
* A proactive, problem-solving approachwilling to roll up sleeves and get the job done
* Experience in client account management is essential
