Intuition is looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to join its global HR team, based in Dublin. The HR team plays a key role in managing Intuition’s human capital which we rely on to successfully deliver to our clients and provides a consistent and high-quality shared service to managers and employees across our worldwide network of offices. This new role will be an integral part of that team.
The successful candidate will partner closely with our global departmental managers and the wider HR team in the recruitment, attraction and retention of the best talent for Intuition. They will act as the first point of contact for all talent acquisition activities and should be highly resilient with excellent communication skills.
The ideal candidate will have a background in either agency or in-house recruitment and will enjoy managing the full recruitment cycle. The ability to manage multiple priorities and keep recruitment processes moving is key.

What You’ll Be Doing:
* Sourcing high-quality, diverse candidates across multiple business functions and regions (EMEA, Americas, APAC).
* Managing the full recruitment cycle, from job briefing to offer, across a range of roles and functions.
* Proactively building a pipeline of high-potential talent to fill current and future roles.
* Acting as the first point of contact for passive and active talent and managing relationships with both.
* Partnering with senior stakeholders/hiring managers to implement targeted talent acquisition strategies.
* Ensuring a first-class candidate experience at every stage of the process.
* Coordinating with multiple internal stakeholders to keep recruitment processes moving forward.
* Collaborating with Marketing and Graphics to design and implement employer branding initiatives.
* Utilising all recruitment channels effectively to raise the profile of Intuition’s employer brand both internally and externally.
* Managing large-scale recruitment campaigns such as Intuition’s Global Graduate Programs.
* Developing a clear understanding of team structures, business goals, and role requirements to ensure the best hiring fit.
* Staying up to date with the future of work to help build a dynamic, future-ready workforce.
* Leading market benchmarking exercises and acting as key advisor to the Management team in relation to salaries and benefits.
* Working with the wider HR team and individual managers on skills identification exercises and succession planning across all teams.
* Compiling reports on recruitment metrics, turnover, workforce planning, headcount, market insights, etc.
* Collaborating on other talent engagement projects within the HR function to ensure that we support Intuition’s human capital across all areas.
Desired Skills & Experience:
* Proven experience in an in-house or agency recruitment role, ideally across multiple regions.
* Relevant third-level degree in Business, HR or a related discipline.
* Demonstrated interest or experience in the wider HR function and the role of talent attraction and engagement strategies within that function.
* Strong sourcing and research skills, with proficiency in recruitment tools and social media/online sourcing. Experience using LinkedIn Recruiter is a distinct advantage.
* Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong talent networks, with a focus on promoting employer brand and engaging with talent communities across the industry.
* An interest in digital learning and solutions.
* Experience in communicating HR policies and benefits packages.
* Knowledge of applicant tracking systems.
* Ability to draw conclusions from data and make recommendations to senior stakeholders.
* Excellent interview skills and practices both over the phone and in person.
* A client-centered mindset and approachable personality, with the ability to build rapport with candidates from initial recruitment stages to new hire onboarding.
* Familiarity with employer branding and experience building such initiatives.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work with a variety of individuals at different management levels.
* A sharp eye for detail and the ability to work accurately, plan effectively and adjust to changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* The ability to think creatively and generate solutions.
* Proficiency in all aspects of the Microsoft Office suite, particularly Excel.
