Service Team Leader
In this role you'll Executes service work with low to medium complexity as per work instructions and in accordance with ABB standard processes, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Delivers quality customer service to satisfy customers.

Your Role And Responsibilities
Work model: remote
Working with the customer (while on-site) to identify opportunities to improve the customer’s operations and eliminate pain points.
Performing field service tasks, identifying technical issues, and performing analysis through remote or on-site activity in service categories and products.
Preparing material lists needed for service activity and ensuring that all materials, parts, and equipment are available and of appropriate quality for service activities.
Troubleshooting equipment/process failures, requesting proactive corrective actions, and making recommendations to avoid such issues in the future.
Qualifications For The Role
Qualified Electrician/Electrical Engineer with at least 5 years’ experience of Installation & maintenance MV/LV Switchgear.
Proven leadership skills, with a collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills.
Experience in testing and commissioning of ABB or 3rd party Equipment.
Good working knowledge of MV Protection relays.
Strong background in Service & Maintenance.
Excellent organizational and co-ordination skills with the ability to prioritize and manage peaks in workload.
Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to engage with ABB employees in a professional manner, both in person and via telephone, and a strong focus on managing customer relationships.
Excellent IT skills (inc. knowledge of MS Office, MS Excel).
Clean full driving license.
Proficient in spoken and written English.
