We are seeking an experienced professional to assume a leading role within our organization, responsible for managing and supervising the daily operations of our childcare centre.
Key Responsibilities:
* Operational Management: Develop and implement effective strategies to ensure smooth day-to-day functioning.
* Leadership and Team Development: Foster a positive work environment, guiding staff members in their roles and responsibilities.
* Communication and Relations: Establish open communication channels with colleagues, children, and families to promote understanding and collaboration.
* Conflict Resolution and Support: Address conflicts and issues promptly, providing support to maintain a productive atmosphere.
* Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate records and documents, adhering to established standards.
The ideal candidate will possess a level 8 qualification and have a minimum of 5 years' experience in Early Years or hold a leadership position for at least 2 years.
