The ideal candidate will have at least three years' experience as Restaurant Manager with a background in quality hotel and restaurant establishments. Must be a proven team leader with excellent service standards, able to train and motivate team to the highest levels of guest service. Further candidate attributes include:

2. Interest in / Experience of sustainable hospitality
3. Excellent communication skills, able to positively interact with all guests, colleagues and collaborators
4. Great attention to detail and keen organisational ability
